Design and architect tracking systems to automate release metrics, utilizing data to optimize cross-functional engineering delivery. Develop advanced software automation tools like GitHub and optimize CI/CD pipelines to enhance developer productivity. Drive technical product alignment by educating stakeholders on system capabilities and presenting release strategies. Provide release guidance and technical mentorship to software engineering team members.\nStarting compensation for this location depends on related experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, see below for details.\nWhat you have\nJob Requirements: Requires Bachelor’s or Master's in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field and 60 months of progressive, post-bachelor’s experience (60 months with bachelor’s or 36 months with master’s) in a related occupation.\nExperience must include 36 months of experience involving the following: Release Management using deployment strategies such as Canary, Blue-Green, or Big Bang; Change Management workflows or ticket creation using tools such as BMC Remedy, ServiceNow, or JIRA; DevOps and CI/CD Tools such as Github, Harness, Bamboo, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps; Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Waterfall, or Kanban; and Application infrastructure, system architecture, and operating systems.\nWe offer competitive pay and benefits.
