Joining us means becoming part of a global team where your work matters and your future can take shape.\nWhat you have\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience \n3 - 5 years’ experience in quality assurance with distributed applications across the full development and operational support life cycle\nFamiliarity of the Java Technology Stack, GitHub Version Control, GitHub Actions, and Bamboo)\nAbility to design and execute functional, regression, and end-to-end tests for web applications\nExperience leveraging AI tools to generate test cases, test data, and automation scripts\nIdentify defects, usability issues, and performance bottlenecks\nDocument and maintain test cases, prompt libraries, and test results\nInteract with product managers, business analysts, and developers to define test plans and test cases for new and enhanced capabilities\nExperience working with geographically distributed teams, working collaboratively across team boundaries\nPreferred Qualifications:\nAbility to interpret ambiguous AI outputs\nExcellent communication & documentation skills \nHigh attention to detail \nCuriosity and “break-the-system” mindset\nDemonstrated ability to work alone or in a group while multi-tasking on different projects\nWorking knowledge of the Agile/Scrum development methodology a plus\nWhat’s in it for you\nAt Schwab India, you’re empowered to shape your future.
