Your impact begins on day one, and your contributions will help define our future in the region\nWhat you have\nRequired Skills:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering, or related field.\n5+ years professional level experience with Adobe Experience Manager design tooling working with both PDF forms and Adaptive web forms\n5+ years professional level front end skillsets such as HTML, JSP, NPM webpack build and Angular development skills\n5+ years professional level Java web and service development skills\nExperience in developing Microservices, REST API’s using Java/Spring boot and knowledge of messaging frameworks like Kafka\nExperience with CI/CD tools like Bitbucket/Bamboo/Jenkin/GitHub etc. \nExperience participating as a member of a scrum team in an agile environment\nAbility to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences\nEnthusiastic relationship builder: ability to partner multi-functionally and work efficiently with different levels and functions within an organization\nWorking knowledge of agentic workflows, spec-driven development (translating low-level design artifacts such as class structures, API contracts, and data models into structured specs that guide AI-assisted implementation), and custom instructions and prompt engineering, with the ability to establish team-level practices for effective AI-assisted development.\nPreferred Skills\nKnowledge of Web Content Management Systems\nExperience with adaptive web forms designed in AEM and delivered via JSON in headless delivery\nWhat’s in it for you\nAt Schwab India, you’re empowered to shape your future.
