Volunteer time is not considered for purposes of experience, and only time in-fact in position is considered, as opposed to “stepping up” into a role periodically.\nThe closing date for applications is Sunday, November 1, 2026 at 11:59pm\nDuties and Responsibilities\nThe Paramedic Shift Supervisor is responsible for EMS shift leadership and operations and other supervisory tasks such as performance evaluations, incident management, oversight of emergency medical care, and ensuring the department’s core values and mission statement are adhered to. Serving as an integral role, the Paramedic Shift Supervisor is required to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays; remain professional, and is expected to participate in discussions/collaboration on projects, operations, and initiatives to move the department forward. A Paramedic Shift Supervisor may have special projects assigned as part of the normal expectation of this position.
