You must already have the right to work in the UK, with no sponsorship needed now or later.\nThis is an entry-level role in our Marketing Science team, designed for someone at the start of their career. We’re more interested in how you approach problems than in your previous experience, and we’ll give you the training and support you need to develop.\nYou’ll work alongside our Data Consultants on COmpass, our marketing mix model. You’ll start by preparing and cleaning client data, then running first-pass analysis. You’ll learn the tools as you go, and the team will show you how each piece of work feeds into the decisions clients make about their budgets.\nWhilst a technical background is helpful to problem solve , we will teach you the skills you will need - we want you to bring the curiosity and the drive to keep improving.\nWHAT YOU'LL BE GETTING STUCK INTO\nPrepare client data for COmpass projects. You’ll pull it from Google, Meta, Shopify and other platforms, clean it and check it before anyone builds a model on it.\n\nSupport model re-runs across multiple client accounts, delivering to the deadlines the team relies on.\n\nDig into the numbers and flag anything that looks off, even before you know why it matters.\n\nLearn each client’s business: what they sell, who they sell to and what they need from us.\n\nBuild your technical skills in Python, SQL and COmpass, with structured training and a team who’ll answer your questions.\n\nTest where AI tools can speed up your work, and check their outputs before you trust them.\n\nWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR\nMust-haves\nYou enjoy hard problems. When you get stuck, you try a few approaches before asking for help, and you ask when you need to.\n\nYou think logically. You can break a question into steps and explain how you reached your answer.\n\nYou want to know why. You ask what a piece of analysis is for and who will use it.\n\nYou learn fast from the people around you. You take feedback, act on it and come back sharper.\n\nYou speak up. If you see a better way to do something, tell us, even in your first month.\n\nNice-to-haves\nYou have experience building time-series regression models from scratch\n\nSome experience with Python or SQL,\n\nAn interest in marketing, media or how brands grow\n\nA background in maths, economics, science or another numbers-heavy subject\n\nNone of these are essential.
