You’ll partner closely with Engineers, QA, Product Managers, and Designers to build robust, scalable solutions that are as elegant as they are effective. If you love solving problems, working across disciplines, and bringing ideas to life, you’ll thrive here.\nDeveloping new features and maintaining our existing Android codebase \nCollaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure we’re building the right things, the right way \nContributing to mobile CI/CD pipelines for efficient Google Play delivery \nWriting test automation to ensure high-quality, reliable releases \nChampioning performance, accessibility, and user experience \nWho will you work with\n Engineering Team\nAbout you\n Proven native Android development experience using modern Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.\nStrong understanding of architectural patterns, separation of concerns, and scalable app design. \nProficiency in unit and UI testing with standard Android frameworks. \nPractical knowledge of dependency injection and Kotlin Coroutines. \nFamiliarity with RESTful APIs, networking libraries, and data serialization. \nAbility to use telemetry, analytics, performance monitoring, and A/B testing to validate ideas and measure impact. \nKnowledge of CI/CD tools, including Fastlane and GitHub Actions. \nCommitment to clean code and continuous learning. \nFamiliarity with AI tooling to support software development and problem-solving \nCharlotte Tilbury is a fast-paced, dynamic and ever-evolving environment where agility, ambition and a passion for excellence help our teams thrive.
