And as we continue to break records across countries, channels and categories, we’re looking for extraordinary talent to join us.\nAbout the role\nAs part of the Packaging Development team, the Packaging Development Manager will play an active role in driving the project management of all packaging related projects including NPD, EPD and value engineering packaging to ensure they are delivered within spec, time and budget. By working closely with the Lead Packaging Development Manager and cross functionally with NPD, Procurement, Supply Chain & Operations, Quality and Regulatory you will have a great understanding of the process and ability to provide creative, operational and commercial solutions.\nWith support from the Lead Packaging Development Manager and a focus on the technical and quality aspects of primary packaging development you will execute projects relating to optimisation of resources and the brand’s Sustainability strategy.\nThe Packaging Development Manager will come from a packaging development background and have a passion for creating innovative, sustainable and amazing looking packaging both in terms of materials and production optimisation. Together with the Lead Packaging Development Manager you will be juggling multiple packaging development projects at the same time with a can-do attitude. This is an excellent opportunity to shape & impact the brand’s product developments and expansion.\nAs a Packaging Development Manager you will\nResponsible for sourcing and tooling development of new fabulous primary and secondary packs, from concept through to delivery\nResponsible for managing the development of both primary and secondary packaging in line with CPAs as well as identifying & flagging any risks\nResponsible for managing artwork process from copy brief through to finished artwork in line with CPAs.\nSupport and contribute the CPA management to ensure finished goods and packaging project CPAs are aligned by working closely with the NPD team.\nWorking closely with Engineering and Quality on pack testing and standards.\nWork closely with Supply Chain on PO timings for packaging developments.\nBuild & maintain strong relationships with our external pack suppliers and contract manufacturers.\nStay on top of any new packaging innovation and sustainability by working with packaging suppliers.\nAbout You\nPassionate about packaging & beauty\nHighly organised and enjoy working on multiple complex projects at the same time.\nBe self-driven, result-orientated and have excellent communication skills\nTechnically strong in packaging development\nPassionate about the artwork process with excellent attention to detail.\nExcellent understanding of complex NPD project management and CPA management\nAbility to work cross functionally with NPD, Design, Regulatory, Supply Chain & Marketing on various NPD projects\nProvide commercial & operational value to projects, as well as balancing creative thinking, innovation, costs & timings\nBe excited about joining a fast-paced and challenging environment\nTeam player with great can-do attitude \nCharlotte Tilbury is a fast-paced, dynamic and ever-evolving environment where agility, ambition and a passion for excellence help our teams thrive.
