Full Stack Developer / Business Application Developer

Application Development

• Develop and maintain internal business applications for apartment and property management operations.
• Build full stack applications covering Frontend, Backend, Database, API, and reporting functions.
• Improve or develop systems related to room management, move-in and move-out, contracts, billing, payment, water, electricity, maintenance requests, and operational reports.
• Design user-friendly screens and workflows for Front Office, Accounting, Finance, Operation, and Management teams.

Dashboard and Business Data

• Develop dashboards and reports for management, including occupancy, revenue, payment status, outstanding balance, room movement, water and electricity usage, and operational performance.
• Build systems to collect and organize business data for customer segment analysis, location analysis, workplace area, customer type, and rental behavior.
• Improve database structure, SQL queries, data models, and reporting performance to support large-scale business data.

System Integration

• Develop API and system integration between internal systems, Power Condo, SAP, accounting systems, payment systems, and other related platforms.
• Work with internal users and vendors to ensure data between operation, finance, and accounting systems is accurate.
• Troubleshoot data issues related to billing, payment, customer records, room status, and system reports.

System Improvement and Support

• Analyze user problems and improve systems based on real working processes.
• Debug and fix issues across Frontend, Backend, Database, and API layers.
• Maintain code quality, system stability, security, and performance.
• Prepare basic technical documents such as system flow, database structure, API specification, and user guide.
• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or other coding tools to improve development speed and productivity.

Deployment and Technical Coordination

• Support basic system deployment and coordinate with IT, Infrastructure, or external vendors when needed.
• Understand basic server, cloud, backup, security, and DevOps concepts.
• Suggest practical system improvements to support future business expansion.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related fields.3 to 7 years of experience in software development, web application development, or full stack development.Able to develop full stack applications, including Frontend, Backend, Database, and API.Experience with technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Vue, Node.js, PHP, Python, .NET, or similar technologies.Strong knowledge of SQL, database design, query optimization, and handling large amounts of data.Experience in developing dashboards, reports, internal systems, business applications, or workflow systems.Experience with API development, system integration, ERP, accounting system, SAP, payment system, or third-party platforms is an advantage.Basic understanding of cloud, server, backup, security, and deployment process.Able to understand business workflows and turn user requirements into practical software solutions.Able to communicate with non-technical users and design systems that are easy to use.Hands-on, responsible, practical, and able to solve problems independently.Experience in property management, apartment, condo, hotel, billing, CRM, ERP, or accounting-related systems is an advantage.Able to use AI tools to support coding, debugging, documentation, or system design is an advantage.
