Turn ambiguous hiring needs into clear talent profiles, target markets, sourcing strategies, and ultimately hires.\n\nBe relentless about finding great people. Go deep across LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, referrals, talent communities, competitive companies, and other sourcing tools to consistently get high-bar passive talent into conversation.\n\nDevelop the technical fluency and talent judgment to quickly recognize exceptional candidates beyond titles, keywords, or company logos.\n\nWrite outreach that gets responses and run conversations that make exceptional candidates genuinely excited about Charta even when they weren't looking.\n\nPartner closely with Engineering and Product leaders to continuously calibrate the bar, refine searches, and move quickly as priorities evolve.\n\nOwn the candidate relationship from first message through signed offer: understand motivations, navigate competing processes, sell the opportunity, and close.\n\nManage multiple high-priority searches simultaneously while maintaining speed, judgment, and an excellent candidate experience.\n\nReview and manage agency pipelines, holding external partners to the same quality bar as our internal recruiting team and ensuring they deliver signal, not volume.\n\nUse funnel data and market feedback to constantly improve sourcing, conversion, interview processes, and closing.\n\nHelp build the recruiting engine as we scale. Better search strategies, stronger talent intelligence, better candidate experience, and increasingly repeatable ways to hire exceptional people.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nAn exceptional recruiter with a strong track record offinding and closing difficult, high-bar candidates hired.\n\nDeep technical recruiting experience across software engineering, product engineering, or similarly competitive technical talent markets.\n\nAgency or executive-search experience strongly preferred. You know how to hunt for talent, create pipeline from nothing, generate conversations, build relationships quickly, and close.\n\nExpert-level sourcing capability. You know how to get the most out of LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, advanced search techniques, market mapping, and emerging sourcing tools rather than relying on inbound.\n\nA highly developed talent radar. You can recognize trajectory, scope, technical depth, unusual spikes, and exceptional potential that others may overlook.\n\nA history of successfully engaging passive candidates who have plenty of other options.\n\nAn excellent storyteller and closer. You can understand what matters to a candidate and communicate why Charta is an opportunity worth seriously considering.\n\nHigh agency and comfort with ambiguity. Hypergrowth means priorities move, searches evolve, and there often isn't a playbook yet-you find a way forward.\n\nStrong urgency and experimentation instincts.
