You will partner with internal teams across Product, Engineering, and Client Success to translate client business requirements into scalable technical solutions. This role is highly project-focused and requires a strong combination of technical aptitude, problem-solving, and client consulting skills.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead Implementation Projects\nGuide clients through onboarding and implementation of the AdBook+ platform\nTranslate business requirements into system configuration and workflows\nDeliver project milestones including discovery, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support\nEnsure projects are delivered on time and aligned with agreed scope\nDesign and Configure Solutions\nBecome an expert in the features, capabilities, and configuration of the AdBook+ platform\nConfigure system features to support client business workflows\nProvide recommendations on best practices and optimal platform use\nSupport integrations and data workflows where applicable\nProvide Technical and Product Expertise\nServe as a subject matter expert during implementation and project engagements\nTroubleshoot configuration and workflow issues\nProvide training and guidance to client teams on platform functionality\nDocument solutions and configuration approaches for internal and client reference\nCollaborate Across Internal Teams\nWork closely with Product and Engineering to escalate and resolve technical issues\nPartner with Sales and Client Success to support solution design when needed\nProvide feedback to Product teams based on implementation experience and client needs\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in a related field or 2-4 years of experience \nContribute to implementation playbooks, documentation, and best practices\nIdentify opportunities to improve delivery processes and client outcomes\nShare knowledge and mentor team members when appropriate\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nExperience working with complex software platforms and client implementations\nAbility to translate business processes into technical solutions\nExperience managing projects or implementation workstreams\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders\nStrong organizational and time management skills\nAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously\nComfort working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams\nBenefits\nComprehensive Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance \n401K with company match (100% of the first 3% and 50% of the next 2%) \nFully Paid Parental Leave - 18 weeks for birthing parents, 12 weeks for non-birthing parents\nPhone and internet stipend\nWellness, learning, and coworking reimbursements\nFlexible work hours\nUnlimited PTO\n11 paid holidays and December holiday closure\nAnnual In-Person Event\nThe compensation range for this position is $90,000 - $115,000.\nDiversity, Equity, and Inclusion Statement \nAt Chartbeat we strive to create and continually grow as a company where all employees are able to be their authentic selves.
