Eligible employees can work from home up to one day each week.\nHow You’ll Make an Impact\nSupport analysis of customer interaction, operational and transactional data to identify trends, customer pain points and opportunities for improvement.\n\nAssist with AI and NLP-enabled analysis of customer interactions, including text classification, clustering, semantic analysis and other emerging analytical techniques.\n\nCollaborate with senior analysts and business partners to develop and maintain customer interaction categories, business rules, data definitions and analytical methodologies.\n\nIntegrate data from multiple sources under general supervision to fulfill business needs.\n\nConduct data quality checks and validate analytical and AI-generated outputs through data reviews, sampling and reconciliation.\n\nDevelop and maintain management reports, dashboards and end-user data resources.\n\nDocument analytical processes, data definitions, assumptions and methodologies to support consistency and repeatability.\n\nWhat You’ll Bring to Spectrum\nRequired Qualifications\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience\nExperience\n0-2 years of data analysis and reporting or related experience\nSkills\nAbility to prioritize and organize work effectively\nCapable of working independently and collaboratively within a team\nProficient at managing multiple projects and shifting priorities\nDocument analytical processes, data definitions, assumptions and methodologies to support consistency and repeatability.\nSkilled at quickly identifying business problems or opportunities\nClear communicator, both orally and in writing, with all levels of management\nDocumenting, preparing and presenting data-driven presentations\nKnowledge of software applications such as Word and Excel\nPreferred Qualifications\nSkills\nKnowledge of SQL\nFamiliarity with natural language processing (NLP), large language models (LLMs), text classification, clustering or AI-assisted analytical techniques\n\nInterest in using emerging AI and analytical technologies to improve the speed, scalability and quality of business insights\n\nBDA351 2026-81801 BDA351 2026\nHere, our employees don’t just have jobs, they're building careers. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
