Join Spectrum to make a measurable impact through the power of data.\nHow You’ll Make an Impact\nConduct data analysis in support of a variety of analytic solutions \nCapture, develop, and document data definitions, business rules, and data quality requirements \nIntegrate data from multiple sources to produce requested or required data elements \nCreate and produce forecasts, reports, ad hoc requests, dashboards, etc. \nInterpret data, analyze results, and provide insights to determine operational impact, trends, and opportunities \nDevelop reports and deliverables for management and communicate with all levels of stakeholders \nIdentify and define data quality improvements \nCreate and maintain report forms and formats, information dashboards, data generators, canned reports and other end-user information portals or resources \nEnsure compliance with deliverable reporting requirements by performing quality data audits and analysis \nMay create specifications for reports based on business requests \nWorking Conditions \nOffice environment \nWhat You’ll Bring to Spectrum\nRequired Qualifications\nEducation \nBachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience \nExperience \n2+ years of data analysis and reporting or related experience \nSkills \nAbility to prioritize and organize effectively, handle multiple projects and priorities, and manage multiple projects at one time \nAbility to work independently, as well as in a collaborative and dynamic team environment \nAbility to analyze and interpret data and document, prepare and present data-driven presentations \nAbility to quickly identify business problems/opportunities \nAbility to communicate orally and in writing in a clear and straightforward manner and with all levels of management and company personnel \nKnowledge of software applications such as Word, Excel, etc. \nDemonstrated knowledge of SQL \nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience\nExperience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain analytics\nExperience gathering or clarifying reporting requirements directly with business stakeholders\nExperience translating ambiguous or informal data requests into structured report specifications\nSkills\nFamiliarity with SAP S/4HANA or another major ERP\nFamiliarity with SAP BusinessObjects Web Intelligence (WebI) or comparable BI/reporting tools\nExposure to Ariba or another procure-to-pay/sourcing platform\nProficiency with Excel pivot tables and lookup functions (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH)\nAbility to write and run SQL queries to read and validate data\nAbility to validate data for accuracy and logical consistency before it reaches stakeholders\nBDA352 2026-83443 BDA352 2026\nHere, our employees don’t just have jobs, they're building careers.
