We value people who ask good questions, look for better ways to do things, and are eager to grow.\nKey Responsibilities\nData Analysis & Business Insights\nHelp analyze advertising revenue, inventory utilization, sell-through rates (STR), pricing, and business performance across products and platforms.\nMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and flag trends, discrepancies, and anything that doesn't look right.\nSupport year-over-year, budget-to-actual, and goal-based performance comparisons.\nBreak down business questions into clear, manageable pieces and present findings in a simple, easy-to-follow way.\nThink creatively and bring fresh ideas when a standard approach doesn't fully answer the question.\nAssist with ad hoc analytical requests, sometimes on short timelines.\nLook into data discrepancies and work with team members to make sure reporting is accurate.\nReporting & Dashboard Development\nHelp maintain and improve recurring reports and dashboards in Excel, Power BI, and other reporting tools.\nSupport weekly and monthly reporting across business segments, including sports, regional sports networks, news, and other advertising products.\nPull together and organize data from multiple sources for reporting and analysis.\nCreate clear, simple visualizations that make performance data easy to understand.\nHelp ensure reports are accurate, timely, and consistent.\nData Management & Process Improvement\nLook for ways to simplify reporting processes and reduce manual work.\nLearn and use tools such as Power Query, Excel data models, and Access to automate data prep and reporting.\nShare ideas for improving how things are done, even if it's 'always been done this way.'\nPerform data checks and help troubleshoot issues to keep reporting reliable.\nHelp document reporting procedures, data sources, and calculations.\nCollaboration & Business Support\nWork with team members and cross-functional partners to understand reporting needs.\nPartner with the team's analytical lead to prioritize work and support team goals.\nExplain findings in plain language for both technical and nontechnical audiences.\nTake ownership of your work, raise issues when you see them, and suggest possible solutions.\nAdapt to changing priorities and support special projects as needed.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in data Analytics, Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\n2+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or a related area.\nSolid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, power query, and data models) and Access or similar tools, with a desire to build more advanced skills.\nStrong critical-thinking skills and an interest in taking complex information and making it simple and clear.\nWillingness to think outside the box and try new approaches to solve problems.\nAttention to detail and the ability to stay organized while managing more than one task.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nEagerness to learn, ask questions, and take feedback.\nAbility to work independently as your skills develop, and to collaborate with a team.\nPreferred Qualifications\nWork experience in media, advertising, telecommunications, or a related industry.\nFamiliarity with SQL, DAX, or basic data modeling.\nExperience with advertising platforms such as FreeWheel or Looker.\nBDA352 2026-85728 BDA352 2026\nHere, our employees don’t just have jobs, they're building careers.
