Eligible employees can work from home up to one day each week.\nHow You’ll Make an Impact\nResponsible for the full end-to-end data science process, including ETL, model development, validation, deployment into workflows, and measurement of financial impact.\nPartner with cross-functional teams to implement models in production and conduct post-launch testing and enhancements.\nApply analytical and statistical algorithms to help stakeholders enhance their business strategies\nCollaborate on the design and implementation of data quality procedures for both current and new data sources\nCommunicate data science solutions and complex analyses clearly to team members and business leaders\nEstablish connections across existing data sources and uncover new data correlations\nPresent data insights and recommendations to key stakeholders to inform business decisions\nEnsure testing and validation are integral to all analytics solutions, achieving project goals within deadlines while proactively communicating progress\nWhat You’ll Bring to Spectrum\nRequired Qualifications\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, statistics, operations research or equivalent combination of education and experience\nExperience\n3 years in data analytics\n2 years programming experience\nSkills\nEffective verbal and written communication, relationship management and customer service skills\nBuilding Logistic Regression models, Random Forest models, XGBoost models using Python\nAbility to work effectively in a team environment with minimal supervision\nExperience with analytical and statistical software\nProficient using data science toolkits such as Python\nComprehensive SQL skills\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail and data accuracy\nCapacity for in-depth and independent research and analysis\nAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately\nDeep understanding of computer science principles including algorithms, data structures and design methodologies\nFamiliarity with big data tools such as Spark and Hive\nBDA303 2026-77930 BDA303 2026\nHere, our employees don’t just have jobs, they're building careers. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
