Your leadership will drive exceptional results, enhance service delivery, and play a pivotal role in advancing Spectrum’s product deployment and business growth.\nHow You’ll Make an Impact\nLead and develop a high-performing front-line leadership team, guiding their growth to achieve strong results and enhance the customer experience \nOversee engineering and construction operations, including HFC plant management, project execution, security, and new builds to ensure reliable network performance \nProvide technical direction for new and existing technologies, supporting operational initiatives and collaborating with regional leadership on network planning and strategy \nDirect field staff for complex fiber projects, ensuring timely fulfillment and service in line with service level agreements \nAdminister capital budgeting and business planning, recommending bid selections and executing approved budget plans to support growth and expansion \nEnsure compliance with Federal Communications Commission requirements and company QA policies, maintaining accurate documentation and operational records \nLead quality control programs, oversee mapping and design documentation, and participate in succession planning and staff development \nWorking Conditions\nOffice environment with some travel \nWhat You’ll Bring to Spectrum\nRequired Qualifications\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree in engineering, related field or equivalent\nExperience\n8+ years of engineering experience\n5+ years of project management experience\nSkills\nAdvanced knowledge of telecommunications / Spectrum’s products and services\nExpertise in HFC, advanced video and IP Networks\nProficiency in managing multiple projects and tasks under pressure\nStrong decision-making and problem-solving abilities\nEffective supervisory and motivational skills\nCompetence in using personal computers and software applications\nDeep understanding of FCC compliance, rules and regulations\nKnowledge of local, state, OSHA and power distribution regulations\nUnderstanding of analog transmission line theory, electronic theory, fiber optic theory, national electric code and national electric safety code\nPreferred Qualifications\nEducation\nSCTE-BCT/E certification or equivalent\nRelevant industry or vendor-specific certifications and training\nExperience\n5+ years of technical management experience\nEGN705 2026-82936 EGN705 2026\nHere, our employees don’t just have jobs, they're building careers. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
