You'll represent Spectrum’s corporate security on various committees, conduct briefings with management and law enforcement, and develop comprehensive security programs.\nHow You’ll Make an Impact\nOversee daily operations of investigative and physical security personnel in the region \nTrack activities, incidents, and assess physical security needs \nDevelop relationships and act as a liaison with project integrators \nManage facility security assessments and ensure compliance with standards and procedures \nCultivate the security team by assigning responsibilities and managing accountability \nCoordinate finances for capital security projects with departmental programs \nDevelop standards for physical security projects to protect personnel, assets, and information \nEnsure effective implementation and maintenance of security programs and strategies \nWorking Conditions\nOffice environment \nUp to 30% travel with the ability to work hours outside of normally scheduled shift with little or no advance notification required \nWhat You’ll Bring to Spectrum\nRequired Qualifications\nEducation Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required \n\nExperience 10+ years experience in conducting investigations in the military, local law enforcement or corporate security environments \n2+ years management experience \n\nSkills Experience managing business resumption/recovery programs \n\nPreferred Qualifications\n SkillsProfessional certifications such as PSP (Physical Security Professional - Certification) CPP (Certified Protection Professional) are preferred, but not required\n\nGSE501 2026-84874 GSE501 2026\nHere, our employees don’t just have jobs, they're building careers. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
