This role requires thorough understanding of data analysis and methodology.\nHow You’ll Make an Impact\nActively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.\nManage a team responsible for reporting and analysis of various data.\nProactively identify areas of opportunity and/or improvement based on trends in the data, and use these insights to inform new products and/or operational improvements.\nManage high visibility projects to identify and resolve issues of strategic importance to the organization.
