Eligible employees can work from home up to one day each week.\nHow You’ll Make an Impact\nDesign, implement, monitor and troubleshoot cloud systems within your assigned areas\nDefine strategy, roadmaps and reference architectures for cloud workloads including network, security, data and applications\nBuild and optimize tools for automated deployment, implement DevOps pipelines and collaborate with engineering teams to streamline and simplify deployment and resolve production issues\nDevelop and deploy new modules, upgrades, and fixes within production environments\nServe as a specialist for performance and reliability, solving design challenges and developing specialized skillsets\nArticulate recommendations for enhancing performance through gap analysis, identifying practical alternatives and assisting with modifications\nDrive improvements in capacity, reliability, availability, monitoring, and performance of Spectrum’s core systems\nCreate well-documented, flexible code in Spectrum’s standard programming languages\nDesign intuitive interfaces for DevOps tool stacks that feature clear navigation\nEvaluate and introduce technologies that enhance efficiency, performance, and reliability\nWork closely with team members and operations to advance DevOps methodology\nProvide comprehensive documentation support for developers and testers\nAdapt objectively to iterative changes and evolving technology requirements\nWhat You’ll Bring to Spectrum\nRequired Qualifications\nEducation\nBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience\nExperience\n7+ years software engineering experience in JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, or Python\n5-8 years DevOps engineering experience\n4-5 years automating CI/CD pipelines with tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins or Argo and managing blue/green and canary deployments\n2-3 years using Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation or Bicep and GitOps workflows\n2-3 years working with Helm and Kubernetes management tools including ArgoCD, EKS or GKE\n2-3 years working with AWS, Azure, GCP and hybrid integration with on-premises systems\nSkills\nAbility to write clear technical documentation for developers and testers\nSkill in managing multiple assignments under limited direction\nAbility to identify and resolve highly complex issues\nExperience building consensus with leadership and implementation teams\nEffective verbal and written communication\nStrong analytical and troubleshooting abilities\nThorough understanding of software engineering and object-oriented design principles\nFront-end development expertise across Java, mobile apps and web technologies\nFamiliarity with Maven and Ant for dependency management and build systems\nExpert knowledge of open source software including Angular or React\nPreferred Qualifications\nEducation\nMaster’s Degree\nSkills\nAbility to work in a lean agile format as part of a scrum team\nESW602 2026-76860 ESW602 2026\nHere, our employees don’t just have jobs, they're building careers.
