Your contributions will help safeguard employees and drive continuous improvement in safety standards.\nHow You’ll Make an Impact\nCommunicate safety and environmental compliance messages to all levels, providing technical support to front-line leadership and employees\nAssist in performing program audits to enhance safety and environmental performance through collaborative efforts\nInvestigate incidents and non-compliance events, compile accident data and support corrective action initiatives\nCollect and submit data to meet environmental permit and reporting requirements, liaising with regulatory agencies as necessary\nParticipate in or facilitate safety committee meetings and coordinate safety and environmental awareness events\nIdentify operational risks and propose preventive measures to control or eliminate occupational disease and injury\nMaintain safety and environmental records, ensuring adherence to regulations and supporting program deployment\nWorking Conditions\nOffice environment with some field work\nWork outdoors in all weather conditions, terrain and at any time of day or night\nWhat You’ll Bring to Spectrum\nRequired Qualifications\nEducation\nHigh School diploma or equivalent\nExperience\n2+ years of safety, environmental or equivalent experience\nSkills\nAbility to use personal computer and software applications\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively with all levels of employees\nAbility to determine incident root causes and recommend preventive actions\nBasic knowledge of Spectrum products and services\nBasic knowledge of fire prevention programs\nKnowledge of OSHA, EPA and DOT regulations\nBasic understanding of safety and environmental program management methods\nBasic knowledge of safety and environmental auditing, incident investigation and reporting\nBasic knowledge of Microsoft Office products\nKnowledge of Field Operations and Field Engineering job duties\nLicenses\nValid driver's license with satisfactory driving record\nPreferred Qualifications\nEducation\nAssociate's degree in safety, health, environmental or related field or equivalent experience\nIndustry and vendor specific certifications and training recommended (OSHA 30 General Industry or Construction, Associate Environmental Professional)\nExperience\n2+ years of industry experience\nSkills\nWorking knowledge of OSHA, EPA and DOT regulations\nFirst aid/CPR/AED facilitator certification\nESE310 2026-85741 ESE310 2026\nHere, our employees don’t just have jobs, they're building careers.
