Eligible employees can work from home up to one day each week.\nHow You’ll Make an Impact\nPerform advanced exploratory and root-cause analysis across customer interaction, operational and transactional data to identify key drivers, trends and improvement opportunities.\n\nLeverage AI/NLP-enabled analytical techniques, including text classification, clustering, semantic analysis and large language models (LLMs), to accelerate insight generation from customer interactions.\n\nDeliver actionable insights and executive-ready recommendations that clearly articulate the magnitude of the opportunity and recommended actions.\n\nValidate analytical and AI-generated outputs through data quality checks, sample reviews and business validation to ensure accuracy and reliability.\n\nDevelop and maintain documentation for analytical methodologies, business definitions, taxonomies, data sources and quality standards to ensure repeatability and continuity.\n\nIntegrate data from multiple sources to generate comprehensive reporting elements.\n\nWhat You’ll Bring to Spectrum\nRequired Qualifications\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience\nExperience\n5+ years of data analysis and reporting or related experience\nSkills\nManage multiple projects, prioritize and organize tasks effectively while meeting deadlines and adapting to shifting priorities\n\nCapability to work independently and within a team\n\nAdvanced SQL skills with experience querying, integrating and analyzing large datasets from multiple sources\n\nFamiliarity with natural language processing (NLP), large language models (LLMs), text classification, clustering or other AI-assisted analytical techniques\n\nExperience with data visualization and business intelligence tools\n\nStrong data storytelling and executive communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex analytical findings for business audience\n\nKnowledge of Word, Excel and similar software applications\n\nBDA353 2026-81798 BDA353 2026\nHere, our employees don’t just have jobs, they're building careers. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
