You will engage directly with clients, translating complex technical requirements into actionable specifications and designs, while also rolling up your sleeves to write code and accelerate delivery.\nWhat You’ll Do\nLead end-to-end technical execution across several projects from initial prototype through to dependable production deployment.\nDesign and develop full-stack solutions that deliver measurable customer value and improve how our teams learn and iterate.\nWork hands-on with customer teams to understand their workflows, shape requirements, and ensure effective adoption of delivered capabilities.\nDefine project scope, plan milestones, and proactively clear blockers to maintain delivery momentum.\nBalance speed, quality, and scope-making thoughtful trade-offs to keep delivery outcomes on track.\nStep into the codebase when needed to accelerate progress or clarify technical direction.\nCapture effective patterns and practices in reusable tools, templates, or frameworks for broader team use.\nMaintain team momentum through clear direction, consistent follow-up, and strong execution discipline.\nActively leverage AI-assisted coding tools to improve developer velocity, quality, and innovation.\nWhat You Bring:\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree and 8+ years of software engineering/development experience (or equivalent).\n3+ years working as a technical lead or architect in cloud-native or modernization initiatives.\nHands-on expertise with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).\nProficiency in at least two programming languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, Go, Java, C#).\nExperience transforming legacy applications (Java, .NET, etc.) into cloud-native microservices.\nKnowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices design patterns.\nStrong client-facing communication skills, with experience delivering technical presentations and engaging with business/technical stakeholders.\nDeep understanding of Agile development methodologies and best practices.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with AI-assisted coding tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Kiro OpenCode, or equivalent).\nProfessional services or consulting experience, including direct client delivery.\nFamiliarity with UI/UX collaboration and integration into architecture.\nExperience working with global or distributed engineering teams.\n9T1425 2026-80900 9T1425 2026\nHere, our employees don’t just have jobs, they're building careers.
