Your work will help Spectrum’s Finance organization achieve greater accuracy and efficiency.\nHow You’ll Make an Impact\nDesign, develop and optimize ERP financial software using Oracle and PL/SQL for system reliability and scalability\nIntegrate financial applications with other Spectrum platforms and data sources\nParticipate in Agile and Scrum processes to meet project goals\nApply security standards and ensure compliance with regulations for financial systems\nIdentify and resolve defects and integration issues in ERP applications\nLead code reviews, debug and test software, and estimate effort for new features\nMentor junior developers and support technical problem solving\nWorking Conditions\nOffice environment (Hybrid 4:1)\nWhat You’ll Bring to Spectrum\nRequired Qualifications\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience\nExperience\n2+ years experience with database management systems, including Oracle and PL/SQL\n2+ years experience coding, testing and designing software for ERP or financial systems\n2+ years experience with software development methodologies\nSkills\nKnowledge of Oracle, PL/SQL and at least one additional major programming language or tool\nUnderstanding of environments, containers, cloud native development, APIs, data stores and software architecture for ERP\nAbility to analyze and resolve moderately complex financial system issues\nFunctional negotiation skills\nExperience presenting technical work to teams and leadership\nProficient in English communication\nAbility to apply company policies to resolve financial software challenges\nSkilled at breaking down ERP projects and meeting deadlines\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience\n4+ years hands-on experience with RDBM and PL/SQL\n4+ years experience coding, testing and designing ERP or financial software\n4+ years experience with modern software development methodologies\n3+ years hand on experience with Full Stack development\nExperience with Java, Spring, API Gateway and cloud native development (AWS preferred)\nESW343 2026-77099 ESW343 2026\nHere, our employees don’t just have jobs, they're building careers.
