governor limits.\n\n- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and production defects.\n\n- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver effective technical solutions.\n\n- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical discussions, solution design, and continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications:\n\n- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.\n\n- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.\n\n- Strong practical experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.\n\n- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Visualforce.\n\n- Strong knowledge of SOQL and SOSL queries.\n\n- Experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and platform security.\n\n- Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP integrations and API development.\n\n- Experience with Salesforce Metadata API, Copado, and deployment management.\n\n- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, source control, and release management processes.\n\n- Experience with Case Management, Service Console, Omni-Channel, and Knowledge.\n\n- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\n\n- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.\n\n-
