This facility has several production areas, each with multiple levels for Production employees to pursue when they’re ready.\nWasino CNC Operators run and monitor four Wasino CNC machines and a sorting machine. You’ll load and unload parts, perform basic machine offsets, adjustments, and tooling changes, and inspect parts using gauges, calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools. You’ll also complete quality checks and production records, perform routine operator maintenance, support preventative maintenance, and keep your work area clean and safe. You’ll partner with Set-Up Operators, Quality, and Maintenance to keep production moving, improve equipment performance, and help train other operators as needed.\nPreferred Qualifications\nPrevious manufacturing or CNC operation experience.\nPrevious experience entering data into an enterprise resource planning (ERP) or statistical process control (SPC) system.\nAbility to use calipers, micrometers, and other inspection equipment.\nPrevious forklift experience.\nAbility to read and interpret production specifications.\nMinimum Qualifications\nHigh School Diploma, GED equivalent, or are willing to obtain GED.\nBasic communication skills, including oral and written communication, reading, and computer literacy.\nDetail oriented, have basic problem-solving skills, and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.\nAbility to work well with other employees and contribute to a positive team environment.\nHow do we know that you will be successful?\nWe commit to being invested in your success.
