technology.\nWhat You'll Do\nDrive Digital Adoption & Productivity\nHelp employees discover, understand, and effectively use Microsoft 365 tools and digital workplace technologies.\nServe as a trusted advisor for Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Microsoft Office, and AI-enabled productivity tools.\nIdentify opportunities to simplify work, eliminate friction, and improve employee productivity.\nPromote best practices that help employees work more efficiently and collaboratively.\nLead AI & Emerging Technology Enablement\nHelp evaluate and introduce practical uses for Generative AI tools including Microsoft Copilot and other approved AI capabilities.\nDevelop guidance, prompt libraries, training materials, and best practices that encourage responsible AI usage.\nWork with stakeholders to identify high-value use cases where automation and AI can improve business outcomes.\nStay current on emerging technologies and help translate their potential into real business value.\nEducate, Communicate & Inspire\nDesign and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, office hours, demonstrations, and digital learning content.\nCreate user-friendly documentation, videos, job aids, knowledge articles, and communications.\nBuild champions and advocates across the organization who can help drive adoption and continuous improvement.\nPresent technology concepts in ways that are approachable for both technical and non-technical audiences.\nImprove the Employee Technology Experience\nPartner with employees and business leaders to identify recurring challenges and opportunities for improvement.\nAnalyze adoption trends, user feedback, and support data to recommend enhancements.\nCollaborate with Service Desk, Infrastructure, Digital Workplace, Security, and business teams to improve technology experiences.\nSupport rollout efforts for new technologies, features, and digital capabilities.\nInfluence the Future of Digital Work\nMaintain and prioritize a pipeline of employee productivity and automation opportunities.\nHelp establish standards and best practices for collaboration, file management, meetings, and AI digital transformation journey.\nWhat You'll Bring\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Communications, Education, or a related field, or equivalent experience.\n3+ years of experience supporting, enabling, administering, or improving workplace technology and productivity tools.\nHands-on experience with Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Office applications.\nAbility to translate employee needs into practical solutions, training, guidance, or process improvements.\nCuriosity and enthusiasm for emerging technologies, including AI and automation.\nStrong relationship-building, communication, presentation, and influencing skills.\nExcellent problem-solving abilities and a continuous improvement mindset.\nAbility to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and drive initiatives forward.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience driving technology adoption, digital transformation, or employee enablement initiatives.\nExperience with Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, AI agents, or other Generative AI technologies.\nExperience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).\nBackground in change management, communications, organizational learning, or technology training.\nExperience creating video-based learning, knowledge articles, and digital content.\nMicrosoft 365, Power Platform, ITIL, Prosci, or related certifications.\nExperience working within manufacturing, operational, or distributed workforce environments.\nStrong workshop facilitation and presentation
