You'll gain exposure to a wide range of technologies, including Microsoft environments, ERP systems, manufacturing applications, and modern IT support tools, while building a strong foundation for future growth within IT.\nWhat You'll Do\nServe as the primary point of contact for employee technology support requests.\nTroubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, system, and application issues.\nSupport Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Teams, Intune, remote access tools, and business applications.\nAssist with user account setup, access requests, and basic system administration tasks.\nInstall, configure, maintain, and upgrade desktops, laptops, peripherals, and printers.\nSupport Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and other operational technology applications.\nDocument support requests, resolutions, and technical procedures.\nContribute to knowledge base articles and self-service documentation.\nPartner with users across the business to understand issues and provide excellent customer service.\nStay current on emerging technologies and best practices.\nSupport a safe, quality-focused, and collaborative work environment.\nWhat We're Looking For\nAssociate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent customer service and communication abilities.\nAbility to prioritize and manage multiple requests.\nInterest in learning enterprise technologies, manufacturing systems, and IT operations.\nAbility to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.\nWe're Also Open To Recent Graduates\nWe understand that not every great IT professional starts with years of experience.
