Your work will have a visible impact on employee development, plant performance, and the overall success of our operations.\nIf you're passionate about developing people, coaching leaders, and building training programs that deliver measurable business results, we'd love to hear from you.\nWhat You'll Do\nLead Workforce Capability & OJT Excellence\nLead OJT support across assigned plants by developing and executing training plans, learning roadmaps, reporting routines, and sustainment activities.\nPartner with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure training efforts align with operational goals and desired outcomes.\nDrive implementation and continuous improvement of OJT standards, certification processes, workflows, and workforce capability systems.\nSupport plant leaders in building a strong culture of learning, accountability, and continuous development.\nCoach Leaders & Develop Trainers\nCoach frontline leaders on training accountability, trainee progress tracking, and workforce development practices.\nDevelop and support certified trainers on structured OJT methods, coaching techniques, and trainee verification practices.\nConduct regular shop floor observations to reinforce training execution and provide feedback that drives improvement.\nHelp strengthen leadership capability by promoting effective development and coaching practices.\nImprove Operational Performance Through Talent Development\nPartner with Quality and Safety teams to identify capability gaps linked to defects, safety incidents, operational risks, and training needs.\nUtilize training data, dashboards, observations, and stakeholder feedback to identify trends and improve workforce effectiveness.\nSupport initiatives that improve training effectiveness, employee performance, and operational outcomes.\nTranslate insights into actionable recommendations that strengthen workforce capability across the organization.\nDrive Multi-Site Initiatives\nManage multiple projects and priorities across assigned manufacturing locations.\nEstablish milestones, deliverables, timelines, and reporting mechanisms to ensure successful execution.\nProvide plant leaders with meaningful updates, coaching insights, and training performance metrics.\nShare best practices across sites while driving consistency in training and capability-building processes.\nWhat You'll Bring\nBachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Organizational Development, Adult Education, Engineering, Human Resources, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.\n5+ years of experience in training, learning, manufacturing operations, workforce development, or Operational Excellence.\nProven success supporting or leading training programs in a manufacturing or operations environment.\nExperience coaching frontline leaders, trainers, or subject matter experts.\nWorking knowledge of structured OJT methods, standard work, visual management, daily management systems, and training effectiveness measures.\nStrong facilitation, communication, project management, and stakeholder partnership skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities across multiple sites.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office and training/data management systems.\nWillingness to travel.\nPreferred Qualifications\n7+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, workforce capability development, or Operational Excellence.\nExperience with Training Within Industry (TWI), Lean Manufacturing, Operational Excellence systems, or structured problem-solving methodologies.\nExperience supporting multi-site manufacturing operations.\nExperience with Dozuki, Learning Management Systems, or other manufacturing training platforms.\nExperience leveraging dashboards, metrics, and data to improve training effectiveness and business outcomes.\nWhy Join Charter?\nMake a direct impact on workforce development across multiple manufacturing facilities.\nPartner with leaders across Operations, Quality, Safety, Operational Excellence, and Digital teams.\nHelp shape the future of frontline training and workforce capability.\nInfluence initiatives that improve safety, quality, productivity, and employee success.\nJoin an organization that values continuous improvement, leadership development, and investing in its people.\nThis is an opportunity to combine your passion for people development with the visible impact of improving operational performance across the business.
