Responsible and Accountable for:  Develops and maintains action-based reporting and dashboards using Power BI and coding in SQL, writing and optimizing SQL queries delivering monthly metrics to identify trends and opportunities.  Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including Data Engineering, Application Technology, and business line managers, to support data-driven initiatives and ensure the accuracy and validity of data.  Supports business initiatives by providing analytical insights, makes recommendations and clearly communicates findings through custom-coded SQL queries, Power BI visuals, and DAX expressions.  Works closely with various teams on projects to obtain necessary data, and track performance.  Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations centralized, accurate, and accessible reporting.  Transform strategic and operational inquiries into actionable analytics requirements, extract and analyze data using SQL, and present insights in a clear, compelling narrative to inform decision-making and drive action.  Personally develop and maintain advanced performance reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Power BI, incorporating drill-through features, bookmarks, tooltips, and parameterized filters.  Develop and code SQL queries and DAX expressions to create custom reports aligned with the specific needs of our various business lines.  Participate in thorough SQL code review to ensure best practices, optimize query performance, and maintain data
