organizational and multitasking capabilities in a dynamic environment\nProficient in Microsoft Office and residence management systems\nAbility to assess, plan, and implement processes for resident care, staff development, and operational efficiency\nKnowledge of provincial health regulations and retirement residence legislation\nFamiliarity with budgeting, occupancy strategies, and marketing
