ability to coordinate tasks with vendors and perform hands-on repairs\nTrade certification or maintenance training preferred\nExperience with carpentry, plumbing, painting, and equipment preferred\nSupervisory or leadership experience in maintenance or building operations\nStrong organizational and multitasking skills;
