You will use data-driven analysis and sound judgment to make decisions, identify risks, and escalate appropriately. You will collaborate across teams and contribute to process and technology improvements that enhance quality and efficiency.\nJob responsibilitiesReview complex screening cases and make decisions based on evidence, documented criteria, and applicable requirements\nAnalyze data to assess validity, completeness, and compliance with relevant policies, regulations, and guidelines\nMaintain working knowledge of automated tools and workflows that support case processing and reporting\nSupport end-to-end screening lifecycle processes, including third-party screening vendor initiation and case management\nProvide appropriate oversight of third-party vendors and identify when issues require escalation\nManage case workload to meet service level expectations and deadlines in a fast-paced environment\nApply established methods, systems, and procedures to resolve issues and document outcomes clearly\nExercise sound judgment, act with integrity, and handle sensitive information responsibly\nIdentify recurring issues and recommend process improvements to reduce risk and rework\nContribute operational use cases and draft clear requirements to support technology enhancements\nLearn and apply relevant regulations and standards related to workforce screening, including interpreting criminal history and credit-related information where applicable\nRequired qualifications, capabilities and skills4 years of experience in banking or financial services\nDemonstrated ability to evaluate options and make informed decisions aligned to policies, guidelines, and documented criteria\nAdvanced analytical capability and experience using tools to improve accuracy and efficiency (including Microsoft Office and Alteryx)\nExperience with third-party case initiation and end-to-end case management workflows, including vendor oversight and escalation criteria\nAbility to manage case workload against defined service level expectations and identify potential risks for escalation\nDemonstrated ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data-related issues with attention to detail\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, including clear documentation
