architecture teams to deliver outcomes.\nJob Responsibilities\nUses enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to accelerate infrastructure analysis and design documentation, validating outputs and handling operational data according to sensitivity and security requirements.\nApplies reuse-first, AI-assisted practices within delivery and automation routines to identify recurring issues and validate remediation options, ensuring changes are traceable/auditable and aligned to resiliency and security expectations.\nLead and contribute to the architecture, evaluation, and standardization of SD-WAN and emerging network communication technologies, products, and solutions.\nCollaborate with engineering teams and business units to define current state and future direction of the SD-WAN technology landscape.\nLead and collaborate in the development of technical design solutions and architecture artifacts (e.g., functional architecture, HLD/LLD).\nCapture, analyze, decompose, and document requirements for systems, products, and subsystems of moderate to high complexity.\nPartner with business, product, and architecture teams to define next-generation SD-WAN network requirements and capabilities aligned to business outcomes.\nDrive product design deliverables and stakeholder alignment, anticipating problems and defining mitigation strategies to reduce risk and ensure successful delivery.\nLead test strategy and execution (test plans, test cases, use cases) and support implementation across stakeholders.\nApply security/cybersecurity methodologies to network and systems design to deliver secure services aligned to business requirements.\nProvide regular updates on progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans; manage delivery within schedule and resource constraints.\nRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills\nFormal training or certification on infrastructure engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience\nDemonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to support infrastructure engineering workflows with strong validation habits and awareness of data sensitivity.\nAbility to review and validate AI-assisted recommendations before implementation, escalating when uncertain and ensuring outcomes align to resiliency, security, and auditability expectations.\nHands-on SD-WAN network engineering experience across design, implementation, and support.\nStrong background supporting complex network environments in a global organization.\nHands-on experience producing design artifacts (functional architecture, HLD/LLD) and driving implementation with stakeholders.\nProven ability to lead requirements analysis, translate intent into technical outcomes, and define delivery/operational guardrails.\nDemonstrated application of security/cybersecurity methodologies in network and systems design.\nAdvanced knowledge in SD-WAN, core networking/routing, network virtualization, and network automation concepts.\nExperience applying network management concepts to support highly available, reliable services.\nExcellent communication skills and ability to clearly articulate technical design and architecture to stakeholders.\nPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills\nIndustry-recognized SD-WAN certification (preferred).\nExperience with one or more major SD-WAN platforms.\nStrong troubleshooting skills across Layer 2/Layer 3 and overlay/underlay interactions in SD-WAN.\nWorking knowledge of network automation practices and tools (e.g., API-driven operations, scripting).\nFamiliarity with network security fundamentals relevant to operating production networks.\nExperience working in regulated, change-controlled production environments (e.g., CAB/ITIL-aligned processes).\nExperience contributing to monitoring, telemetry, and operational analytics for large-scale
