objectives and error budgets with stakeholders and customers.\n\nOffer high-level technical expertise within one or more technical domains, proactively identifying and solving technology-related bottlenecks.\n\nDocument and share knowledge within the organization via internal forums and communities of practice, driving awareness and adoption of new technologies.\n\nRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:\nFormal training or certification in software engineering concepts and 5+ years’ applied experience.\n\nDemonstrated proficiency in reliability, scalability, performance, security, enterprise system architecture, toil reduction, and site reliability best practices.\n\nAdvanced hands-on experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.\n\nFluent in at least one modern programming language (Python, Java/Spring Boot,).\n\nAdvanced knowledge of software applications and technical processes, with emerging depth in one or more technical disciplines (e.g., cloud, distributed systems).\n\nProficient in automation and continuous delivery methods, including CI/CD pipelines.\n\nProficient with observability tools and service level objective alerting.\n\nProficient with container and orchestration technologies (ECS, Kubernetes, Docker).\n\nExperience troubleshooting networking technologies and issues.\n\nPractical
