This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.\nJob Responsibilities\nFull Stack development of UI Dashboard in React/Typescript and servers in the python stack. \nDeliver data pipelines and ETL on data platforms such as Databricks and Snowflake\nExecutes software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting\nThis role ensures that large language models (LLMs)-including models such as Claude, ChatGPT, and comparable enterprise-approved models-are used as controlled, well-understood componentsof the software engineering lifecycle.\nLead the use of LLMs for structured requirements analysis, including translating business and regulatory requirements into clear technical specifications.\nEstablish best practices for prompt-driven design and development, treating prompts as versioned, reviewable engineering artifacts.\nEnsure prompt strategies support determinism, reproducibility, and traceability in regulated environments.\nEnsure LLM-driven systems meet enterprise reliability and resilience expectations.\nThe role supervises how LLM-assisted and agent-driven developmentis performed, ensuring that model strengths, limitations, and risk profiles are understood, documented, and appropriately applied across different classes of software work\nDrives team adoption of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering practices within the work environment to improve code quality, delivery speed, and operational outcomes (e.g., AI-assisted code review/refactoring, test strategy acceleration, incident/root-cause analysis support), while establishing consistent validation standards (secure coding, peer review, automated testing) and promoting reuse of effective patterns across the team.\nApplies knowledge of tools within the Software Development Life Cycle toolchain, including enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development and automation capabilities, to improve the value realized by automation.\nRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:\nFormal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years of applied experience\nStrong Python skills and familiarity with agentic development (ADLC)\nDemonstrated Engineering leadership, architecture and stakeholder management skills\nDatabase design and modeling on modern data platforms (Databricks, snowflake)\nHands on experience in co-pilot or Claude-code to design and deliver end-to-end applications.\nWorking understanding of multi public cloud; exposure to AWS Cloud.\nExperience in developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment with one or more modern programming languages and database querying languages\nExperience in Risk and Pnl in Markets\nUnderstanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security\nDemonstrated experience leading effective use of approved AI-assisted software development tools (e.g., for coding, code review, test acceleration, troubleshooting) with the ability to set team expectations for validating AI outputs for correctness, performance, and security.\nStrong understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows, including data sensitivity considerations, secure handling of inputs/outputs, and adherence to resiliency and security expectations;
