contributes learnings and reusable patterns to improve broader team effectiveness\nApplies knowledge of tools within the Software Development Life Cycle toolchain, including enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development and automation capabilities, to improve the value realized by automation.\nRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills\nFormal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years applied experience\nHands-on experience in enterprise software development, modern testing tools (JUnit, Mockito, Spring Test Framework) \nExcellent understanding of Java fundamentals and frameworks (Spring Boot), OO programming paradigms, multi-threading, messaging technologies and computer networks Experience in building high-performance, latency-sensitive Java applications \nExperience in maintaining and troubleshooting software running in a Linux environment, familiarity with the Linux operating system, system utilities, containers and cloud architectures and services \nStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience working with globally distributed engineers and stakeholders \nUnderstanding of the full software development lifecycle and agile approach \nHands-on experience with event driven architecture and distributed messaging technologies (Kafka)\nHands-on experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools within the work environment (e.g., for coding, test creation, troubleshooting, or documentation) with demonstrated ability to critically evaluate, validate, and refine AI-generated outputs for correctness, performance, and security\nUnderstanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows, including data sensitivity considerations, secure handling of inputs/outputs, and adherence to resiliency and security expectations;
