You are responsible for carrying out critical technology solutions across multiple technical areas within various business functions in support of the firm’s business objectives.\nJob responsibilities\nDesign and develop efficient, unit tested source code as per the Business requirements of application.\nOwn the delivery and work closely with all stakeholders ( product teams and QA teams ) globally to understand the business requirements and deliver\nDesign and develop technical artifacts.\nLead the technical and design reviews and define/Improve processes with in the project by proposing innovative solutions.\nLeverages enterprise-authorized AI coding assist tools within the work environment to improve code quality, delivery speed, and productivity (e.g., code generation/refactoring, unit test creation, documentation), while validating outputs through peer review, automated testing, and secure coding standards.\nApplies knowledge of tools within the Software Development Life Cycle toolchain, including enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development and automation capabilities, to improve the value realized by automation and support capacity unlock initiatives.\nCommunicate with all stake holders and clearly present the ideas and provide guidance to software engineers on daily tasks and activities\nAnticipate dependencies with other teams to deliver products and applications in line with business requirements\nManage stakeholder relationships in accordance with compliance standards, service level agreements, and business requirements\nLeverages enterprise-authorized AI coding assist tools within the work environment to improve code quality, delivery speed, and productivity (e.g., code generation/refactoring, unit test creation, documentation), while validating outputs through peer review, automated testing, and secure coding standards.\nApplies knowledge of tools within the Software Development Life Cycle toolchain, including enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development and automation capabilities, to improve the value realized by automation\nRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills\nFormal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 8+ years applied experience\nStrong technical skills in developing UI using React, HTML, CSS and other JS driven Web frameworks \nExperience leading responsible adoption of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development and delivery tools across engineering teams, including defining ways of working (review/validation expectations), measuring outcomes, and ensuring secure handling of data.\nUnderstanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows, including data sensitivity considerations, resiliency/security implications, and governance expectations; ability to coach engineers on compliant and effective usage\nStrong skills around object oriented analysis and design (OOAD),Design principles and Design patterns with ability to trouble shoot and debug an application for any application issues\nExpertise in application, data and infrastructure architecture disciplines\nWorking knowledge of CI/CD tools & process (GIT/Bitbucket, Maven, , Jenkins, Sonar), scripting languages (Bash, PowerShell)\nExperience with Testing tools & frameworks (UI unit testing)\nExperience of Agile Methodology and tools.
