You will set daily priorities, remove roadblocks, and drive consistent quality and productivity. You will collaborate across internal teams and external partners to resolve complex requests and improve end-to-end outcomes. You will foster a culture of accountability, inclusion, and continuous improvement while delivering a strong customer experience.\nJob responsibilities\nSupervise and coach a team of transaction specialists to ensure accurate, timely processing of transactions\nOversee title processing operations by setting daily production goals, delegating work, and evaluating performance\nLead a team of 16+ employees, providing regular feedback, coaching, and performance support\nResolve complex issues by working with customers, dealers, vendors, municipalities, and internal partners\nMonitor work queues to meet service level expectations while adhering to legal, compliance, and risk requirements\nIdentify opportunities to streamline processes and implement procedural improvements, including automation where applicable\nRun team huddles and daily management routines that support engagement, prioritization, and issue resolution\nCreate and deliver development plans, performance discussions, and annual reviews for team members\nParticipate in projects that enhance operational effectiveness and improve customer experience\nReview performance data to identify root causes, address defects, and prevent repeat issues\nSupport and mentor junior team members to build capability and consistency across the team\nRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills\nDemonstrated people leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop a team\nExperience managing operational workflows with strong attention to detail and quality\nStrong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships\nCustomer-focused mindset and experience handling escalations or complex requests\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to use data to identify issues and drive improvements\nExperience creating or maintaining process documentation and operating procedures\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint\nAbility to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment and manage shifting demands\nWillingness and ability to work a shifting schedule within defined business hours\nPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills\nExperience in vehicle title processing, automotive operations, or related servicing environments\nFamiliarity with auto lending servicing processes and supporting systems\nBachelor’s degree (BA or BS)\nWork schedule: Monday-Friday, hours to be determined between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Central Time.
