The Account Manager is responsible for maintaining client relations and ensuring that projects run smoothly and efficiently. The Account Manager performs a variety of tasks including, but not limited to coordinating all resources and stakeholders, setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring, summarizing, and communicating the progress of the project.\nResponsibilities:\nDevelop proposals and scope of work documents for projects\nReview proposals with an Account Director, and creative and production leads to align on design process, timelines and hours allocation\nPlan projects to meet goals within constraints of time, cost and material specifications\nCreate detailed timelines and milestones for all stakeholders and resources\nRun and monitor projects on a day-to-day basis with the support of an Account Director\nCollect necessary assets from client\nDevelop competitive decks for internal teams to get up-to-speed on category\nParticipate in the creation of presentations with the creative lead\nAttend meetings with client as appropriate\nDocument meeting feedback if present and gain alignment from internal team and client prior to moving forward with next steps\nJuggle multiple projects while maintaining sharp attention to detail\nManage invoicing and provide weekly job financials including job profitability, and new project pipeline\nMaintain organized project files, work folders and client records\nRequirements\n2-4 years’ experience in a fast-paced creative environment, print-focused is a big plus\nEnthusiastic, energetic, imaginative, creative\nApproachable, outgoing and diplomatic\nA clear communicator, in person and writing\nMac proficient - Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite is a big plus\nComfortable working as part of a team in a communal atmosphere\nAware of current brands and commercial trends especially as they relate to design and packaging development\nSalary: $85-105K\nBenefits\nMedical, Dental and Vision Insurance - Chase reimburses up to the first $2,000 of employee’s medical deductible including office co-pays and prescription drugs\nTen Days of Vacation Leave (increases with tenure);
