Operations Executive

Job Overview:

As an Operations Executive at ChatPandas, you'll manage day-to-day operational tasks including workforce management, scheduling, and record-keeping. You'll track project progress and coordinate staff, working closely with the Operations Manager and Associate Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee workforce scheduling and evaluate staffing levels for operational efficiency
• Support daily operations, monitor project progress, and escalate issues as needed
• Maintain accurate, organized records and documentation
• Collaborate with management and facilitate cross-team communication
• Use data analysis to identify trends and propose process improvements
• Engage in ongoing professional development

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in operations within a BPO or similar environment
• Strong organizational and data analysis skills
• Proactive problem-solving approach
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Location: Onsite - Gulberg III, Lahore

Schedule: Evening shift, 5 days/week

Salary Range: PKR 70,000 - 80,000
