Role Overview:
As a Delivery Lead based in Pune, you will serve as the primary bridge between our technical product capabilities and our enterprise clients' business objectives. You will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of client implementations, ensuring that every deployment is technically sound, strategically aligned, and delivered within agreed timelines as per the agreed scope of work. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, QA and sales, to manage complex C-Suite stakeholder expectations, engagement and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of conversational AI projects, ensuring that technical solutions meet the specific business requirements of our enterprise clients.
- Manage the entire client onboarding lifecycle, from initial requirement gathering and scope definition to final deployment and post-go-live support.
- Act as the central point of contact for key stakeholders, providing regular progress updates and managing expectations regarding project timelines and deliverables.
- Mentor and lead a team of project managers to maintain high standards of service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Identify potential project risks or bottlenecks early in the development cycle and implement proactive mitigation strategies to prevent delays.
- Facilitate seamless communication between internal product teams, CXO level client interaction to ensure that feedback loops are closed and delivery timelines are met.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex software delivery projects, with a proven ability to balance multiple high-priority client engagements simultaneously.
- Strong proficiency in stakeholder/CXO management, with the ability to navigate complex organizational hierarchies and influence decision-making at the leadership level.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, essential for translating technical product features into clear business value for non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven experience in leading and developing cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high-quality output.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ON-SITE work environment in Pune, maintaining high levels of productivity and team cohesion across distributed setups.
- A solid educational background in Engineering and Management from a reputable institution, providing the analytical foundation necessary for technical project oversight.
- 5 to 10 years of professional experience in delivery management, client engagement, or a related project management function within the SaaS or IT services industry.
