It's still early enough to get a lot of the upside, in a company that's already profitable.\nThe role\nYou'll help more businesses discover Chatbase, try it and become paying customers. We're hiring several people into growth, and each of them will own a channel end to end, from the first experiment to the revenue it drives.\nWhat you'll own\n→ A growth channel end to end: the hypothesis, the experiments, the numbers, and the call on what to scale and what to kill.\n→ AEO and SEO, so Chatbase is the answer when people ask ChatGPT, Perplexity or Google how to put AI agents in front of their customers.\n→ New programs built from zero: affiliates, agency and channel partnerships, a startup program, and creator and community partnerships.\n→ Results measured in signups, activation, paid conversion and revenue.\nYou might be a fit if\n→ You've made something grow fast, at a startup, a scaleup or your own project, and you can show the numbers.\n→ You go deep in at least one channel and pick up the rest quickly.\n→ You have good judgment about where to spend time and money, including when to stop.\n→ You ship fast and run a lot of experiments.\nHow we work\n→ High ownership, high output.
