You must be able to effectively and efficiently head the store, manage the resources of the staff and ensure that the quality of workmanship and hygiene systems are in place, whilst maximizing profitability.\nWHAT THE ROLE ENTAILS\nOpening, Closing and Managing of the Store.\nDaily Stocktaking. \nMaintain a high level of customer service in store. \nTraining staff on existing and new Standard Operating Procedures. \nEnsuring optimal stock levels are maintained in the Store to maximize sales.\nConducting pre shift meetings in preparation for the day.\nMaintain high level of Health & Hygiene practices in store.\nMonitor daily & monthly Budgets and drive team towards achieving targets.\nMaintain Store and Operational equipment thought preventative maintenance measures.\nDo daily administration as well as analyze trends and data of the store.\nMotivation of team.\nHOW THE ROLE IS MEASURED\nAccurate financial and stock control.\nMeeting deadlines on information required as well as placing of orders.\nMaintain a high level of customer service in store.\nMaintain a high level of Health and Hygiene Practices in store.\nStaff Management and training.\nEffective communication.\nIdeal Competencies Of The Candidate\nDetail orientated you must constantly strive to have accuracy with financial and stock management processes.\nExceptional interpersonal skills You must be able to communicate with customers and employees in an efficient and professional manner.\nTask focused you aim to complete tasks in the most comprehensive way possible with attention to detail.\nDeadline Driven you plan and structure your day to ensure that you meet your deadlines for all tasks.\nMinimum Required Experience & Qualification\nGrade 12/Matric\nA tertiary qualification related to Food and Beverage will be advantageous.\n3 -
