TheITSupport Services Assistant helps in the various areas ofITsupport including Microsoft products, printing and device support, Windows OS, Mac OSX, iPhone, Android, and other software and hardware issues.Students create and manage tickets using Chatham’sITS ticketing system, Teamdynamix(TDX).\n\nOther duties include classroom/office technology checks including inventory, general upkeep/cleaning, and A/V equipment set up and tear down.\nAll current student employees should notify their other manager(s) if you work multiple jobs on campus at the same time. Additionally, students may not work more than 20 hours per week (combined between all campus jobs) during the academic year.
