What matters is your ability to operate without rigid rules, take initiative, and make independent technical decisions. \n\nWhat You’ll Do \n\nArchitect and maintain backend services using Python / FastAPI \n\nBuild seamless integrations with between our code product and external ecosystems (CRM, communication platforms) \n\nDesign and optimize scalable ETL/ELT pipelines \n\nDevelop and deploy production-ready Generative AI features to enhance product capabilities \n\nLead features from initial technical design to production release and ongoing support \n\nDeliver high-quality code in short, impactful cycles \n\nMaintain DevOps best practices (testing, CI/CD, security, containerization) \n\nWhat We’re Looking For \n\nStrong Python skills (FastAPI, async, Pydantic) \n\nExperience with SQL (PostgreSQL), Pandas, and data pipelines \n\nSolid understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript\n\nHands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Azure, Kafka \n\nExperience with CI/CD and Git-based workflows \n\nCuriosity about product-building and openness to evolving environments \n\nStrong teamwork skills – constructive code reviews, active participation in technical discussions, and ownership mindset \n\nNice to have \n\nExperience with OpenSearch \n\nDevSecOps exposure \n\nAdvanced debugging skills \n\nAzure API Management \n\nExperience developing Generative AI features
