The Assistant Program Manager is expected to lead and coordinate the team's day-to-day operations to ensure efficient and effective performance.\nThe Assistant Program Manager works within the program's model, establishing open communication, support, and accountability among co-workers and staff. The Assistant Program Manager assists with identifying operational concerns, monitoring program requirements, maintaining resources, and supporting consistent communication across program teams. They actively promote the philosophy of the agency and maintain a high level of commitment to program participants.\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nServe as a resource to staff regarding routine program operations, participant concerns, documentation expectations, and established procedures\n\nMonitor completion of weekly case notes and follow up regarding missing, late, or incomplete documentation\nAttend Street Outreach team and Community meetings and assist with follow-up on participant and program needs\nMonitor Hospitality Center supplies and assist with ordering, organizing, tracking, and maintaining program supplies\nWork collaboratively with the Volunteer Coordinator to assist with recruiting, engaging, and retaining volunteers\nCoordinate and maintain van bookings and scheduling for approved program activities, outreach services, participant needs, donation pickups, and other authorized transportation needs\nAssist with monitoring program compliance, documentation standards, and required timelines\n\nProvide guidance and support to outreach and hospitality center staff while fostering teamwork and accountability\nMonitor program documentation and compliance requirements to maintain accurate and timely records\nCoordinate program resources, transportation, donations, volunteers, and supplies to support effective service delivery\nAssist with program oversight, quality assurance, and problem-solving to ensure operational excellence and participant success\nREQUIRMENTS:\nHigh school diploma or GED\n\nValid driver's license\n\nRegistered and insured vehicle available for work purposes\n\nApproved criminal background and driving check\n\nMinimum 2 years' experience working with individuals with psychiatric or co-occurring diagnoses\n\nMinimum 1 year supervisory experience\nExcellent organizational and communication skills\nBachelor’s degree in human services or related field preferred\n\nSCHEDULE:\n11:00am-7:00pm Days on: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday Days off: Friday and Saturday OR Sunday\nTake advantage of a competitive salary of $47,000-50,000/year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including 403B.\nAT CHD, CARE FINDS A WAY:\nCHD provides a broad range of high quality, community-oriented human services dedicated to promoting, enhancing, and protecting the dignity and welfare of people in need.
