This is an exciting opportunity for clinicians seeking to move into a supervisory role within the mental health field.\nYour role as an Assistant Program Manager:\nThe Assistant Program Manager supervises direct care staff, program supervisors and the housing coordinator. Personality traits should include high energy level; self-initiated, task-oriented, detail-oriented and accurate; organized, efficient, flexible, dependable open, direct interpersonal style; works well as a team member.\nRequirements:\nMinimum of 3 years’ experience working with psychiatric population; Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience \nMaster’s degree in a mental health field from an accredited educational institution \nMust be a Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA) or licensed eligible, including LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, LADC1, Licensed Rehab Counselor \nSuccess Factors:\nThe Assistant Program Manager will maintain a high level of commitment to program staff, and a dedication to the organizational mission and values to provide high quality, community-oriented services to those served. They should be organized, with a strong level of communication with an open and direct leadership style.\nSchedule of Work: This is a full-time, on-site role.\nStarting Salary: Pay rate is $68,500/annually.
