Location is in Chicopee, MA.\nYour Role as a Clinical Crisis Supervisor:\nClinical Supervisors will work in a team environment providing care to youth and adults at CHD’s CBHC Mobile Crisis Programs. Responding to adults and children experiencing mental health and or substance use related crisis throughout the catchment area. Services include but are not limited to crisis evaluation, urgent psychiatry, case management, and peer supports.\nOpen 7 days per week, with the intention of offering the right service at the right time, we are specifically seeking 1 full-time.\nSchedule: 2nd shift, 3:00p-11:30p (30-minute unpaid lunch break daily) Sunday - Thursday.\nRequirements and Job Responsibilities:\nConduct triage, assessments, clinical consultation and care coordination for adults and children.\nResponsible for assigning cases and managing workflow on shift\nSupervise a team of clinicians\nFacilitate Inter-Disciplinary Team meetings\nMaintain client confidentiality and records and individuals’ human rights by complying with applicable laws and regulations\nMaster’s Degree, with LICSW or LMHC License required\nLicensed clinicians or license eligible with 3 years of clinical crisis experience\nReliable, registered & insured vehicle for travel between program locations.\nApproved driving record check\nApproved criminal background check (CORI)\nSuccess Factors:\nOriented to offering a continuum of care across all services, the candidate will be focused on supporting staff in clinical growth, treatment planning, safety coordination and generally triaging responsibilities.
