This is a full-time, on-site position, located at our corporate office, in Springfield, MA.\nYour role as aTechnology Analyst- Information Technology EAP Dept:\nThe Technology Analyst- Clinical Applications is responsible for working with assigned clinical customers/areas to translate business requirements into application/system solutions.\nThis key role will collaborate with all clinical leadership, Financial, IT teams, in addition to stakeholders and other 3rd party vendors. This role will ensure that the most efficient and effective solutions are developed and implemented to meet business needs. Essential functions of this role include, but are not limited to:\nResponsible for managing permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for EMR/Patient Portal/Telehealth applications and assist with auditing needs according to company policy and guidelines.\nResponsible to \nCollaborate with functional and technical system stakeholders to streamline processes and promote the implementation and adoption of new modules for clinical systems, including configuration and user acceptance testing. \nDesign, direct and perform analyses to resolve complex first-time project issues/ business problems including analysis of technical and economic feasibility of proposed system solutions.\nAssist with converting manual business processes into workflows and system configurations and complete design of technical requirements for the application/solution.\nServe as the contact for HR data and systems for internal stakeholders, including HR, Benefits, and Payroll teams, and HRIS vendors.\nCollaborate with PMO and training teams for projects and end-user documentation\nPerform special projects or related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates.\nREQUIRMENTS:\nBachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.\nMinimum of 1-3 years of systems analysis and configurations experience with UKG or related HRIS, Blackbaud and grant management applications.\nAbility to pass a CORI and driving record background check\nFamiliarity with human resource policies and procedures to ensure the HRIS meets organizational needs and goals.\nAbility to keep information confidential.\nSUCCESS FACTORS:\nKey elements to the success of this position include:\nExcellent interpersonal and technical support skills.\nExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nTake advantage of a competitive compensation of $70,000-$85,000, complimented with a phenomenal benefits that includes Dental, Health and Life insurance.
