As we gradually move workloads to the cloud and modernize our systems, you’ll combine infrastructure operations with cloud engineering, automation, and developer tooling.\nThis role suits someone who enjoys solving complex problems, empowering developers, and taking ownership of services that engineering teams depend on every day.\n Operate and modernize development infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments, contributing to cloud migration and adoption of infrastructure as code.\nBuild and evolve CI/CD pipelines and build infrastructure to accelerate development, testing, and release workflows.\nMaintain core development tools and infrastructure services, including GitLab, Artifactory, RabbitMQ, and Temporal.\nDeploy, manage, and troubleshoot containerized workloads using Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.\nDevelop automation, internal tools, and integrations using Python, Bash, or Go.\nSupport R&D teams, resolve service requests, and participate in the team’s duty and on-call rotation for critical development services.\nStrengthen monitoring, logging, and alerting, investigate incidents, and automate recurring operational work.\nApply AI engineering tools and agentic workflows to accelerate daily tasks and develop internal automation.\nCollaborate with development and security teams, maintaining clear documentation and operational runbooks.\n 3+ years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering, infrastructure engineering, or a related role.\nStrong Linux administration skills and practical troubleshooting experience across systems, networking, and development infrastructure.\nStrong scripting and automation skills in Python or Bash.\nExperience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitLab CI or GitHub Actions.\nHands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.\nPractical experience with a public cloud platform, preferably AWS.\nExperience with infrastructure as code or configuration management tools such as Terraform or Ansible.\nExperience with monitoring, logging, and production troubleshooting.\nStrong practical proficiency with AI engineering tools, including coding assistants and agentic workflows;
