role for an independent engineer who can take ownership of tasks end to end - from analyzing a challenge and suggesting a solution, through design, implementation, and production rollout.\nYou will collaborate with stakeholders across R&D and the broader company, including Security and Product teams, to automate processes, streamline operations, improve developer experience, and drive meaningful Architecture: Play an important role in shaping our AWS-first cloud architecture, with a focus on scalability, reliability, security, innovation, and long-term success.\nProduction Reliability: Tackle large-scale production issues and proactively improve the reliability, efficiency, availability, and observability of our cloud services.\nCross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders across R&D, Security, Product, and other groups to ensure seamless integration of DevOps practices.\nAutomation & Developer Experience: Automate and streamline operations and development processes, reduce manual intervention, and improve the developer experience.\nSecurity & Cost Optimization: Help ensure that our infrastructure is secure, efficient, aligned with organizational standards, and cost-effective.\nCloud Operations Excellence: Drive improvements in deployment practices, monitoring, infrastructure management, and operational maturity.\n 4+ years of relevant DevOps experience in large-scale production environments.\nExtensive experience with cloud computing technologies, preferably AWS.\nExperience with monitoring and observability tools, especially Grafana.\nProven experience with Infrastructure as Code tools, such as Terraform.\nExperience with GitOps and CI/CD methodologies and tools.\nProven experience working with Kubernetes or managed container services, such as EKS, AKS, or ECS, in production environments.\nDevOps security mindset, including understanding of secure development lifecycles, cloud security, and infrastructure security.\nStrong ability to independently analyze problems, suggest practical solutions, and drive implementation end to end.\nExcellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with both AWS and Azure.\nExperience with managed data services such as MongoDB Atlas, Azure Data Explorer, Cosmos DB, Amazon RDS, or Amazon Aurora.\nExperience with PostgreSQL management, performance tuning, and optimization.\nPython scripting or development
